This is where you will find the terms and conditions for using the NOFF Online Shop to purchase our tee shirts and other merchandise. We are still finalising this, please check back later.

About Us

  • This website is operated by NOFF (Neighbours of Fish Farming), ABN 473 096 904 52, PO Box 83, Cygnet Tasmania 7112.
  • By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products and Orders

  • All product descriptions and prices are listed on our website. We aim to ensure all information is accurate, but errors may occur.
  • Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Stripe for Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept direct deposit into NOFF's bank account. All prices are in Australian dollars. All payments must be in Australian dollars.
  • At this time (2025) NOFF does not pay GST.

Processing and Shipping

  • The NOFF Shop is staffed entirely by unpaid part time volunteers. We process orders once or twice a week. Unless otherwise arranged with you at our discretion, our deliveries are done using Australia Post's standard delivery service, which estimates delivery to metropolitan areas in 2 – 6 business days, in addition to our processing time.
  • Please allow delivery to most metropolitan areas within 14 business days, or 21 business days for most non-metropolitan areas. Where possible we will send you a link to Australia Post's tracking service so you can check the progress of your order. Should there be unexpected delays in delivery, please contact us at secretary@noff.au and we will do our best to help you.
  • We currently only ship our products to addresses in Australia. If you are ordering from overseas please email secretary@noff.au and we will try to help you if possible.
  • We will always do our best to satisfy your orders but we are not responsible for issues beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to replacement or refund.

  • If your items are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, contact us at secretary@noff.au within 14 days after the expected arrival dates specified above and we will be happy to arrange a refund, or replacement from our shop, subject to availability. In these cases, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us, and the cost of an equivalent replacement from our shop if you choose replacement rather than a refund. Please provide as much information as possible, including order and receipt numbers, and any photographic evidence of damaged products if relevant, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • If you change your mind or decide you do not like the product, or if you made an error when purchasing the product, for example by choosing the wrong product, contact us at secretary@noff.au within 14 days after the expected arrival dates specified above and we will be happy to arrange an equivalent replacement from our shop, provided that when we inspect the returned item, in our judgement it is well packaged, in original condition and fit for purpose. However you must pay for postage and packing to return the item to us, and for postage and packing for any replacement item.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you have completed and paid for your order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement with an equivalent item from our shop, subject to availability.
