Atlantic Salmon is the most heavily-marketed fish in Australia but it comes at huge cost to the marine environment and animal welfare, and with diminishing nutritional value.

  • Off the Table AU, coordinated by NOFF, is The Australian branch of a global coalition campaign.
  • Off the Table is led by chefs, and supported by NGOs to raise awareness of the environmentally-destructive practices of industrial salmon feedlots. We are calling on the hospitality sector to take industrial salmon off its menus.
